Downloading the Software

We do not ship any software with our SeedSigners. The free and open-source software can be downloaded through the SeedSigner website which includes detailed instructions and links to the latest release.

This SeedSigner + uses the Raspberry Pi v1.3 so make sure to download the appropriate image file for that board.

Warranty & Testing

Our products are assembled in small batches using Raspberry Pi components and other commercially available electronic parts. We are not an authorized reseller or distributor of Raspberry Pi products and therefore do not provide a manufacturer’s warranty for the Raspberry Pi components included in our products.

Each device is individually tested and verified to be functioning properly before it is packaged and shipped.

Because these are small-batch, assembled products, we do not offer a general warranty against defects, failures, or damage occurring after delivery. We are not responsible for failures resulting from misuse, accidental damage, modifications, improper power supplies, or normal wear and tear.

If you experience a problem with your device after receiving it, please contact us. We will do our best to help troubleshoot the issue and, where reasonably possible, assist with identifying whether the problem is related to the assembly or to an individual component.
